Bombardier is considering building a recently made known assembly plant in Albuquerque for its propos CSeries 110/135-seat jet program. A final decision onward the $2.1 billion development program is not likely before mid-March.

Bombardier officials have been conducting a feasibility contemplation of the CSeries since last year. The Canadian manufacturer, which introduced the first regional jet more than a decade ago, has been eclipsed somewhat in newly come years as arch competitor Embraer launched its popular 170/190 family of RJ in the 70/110-seat range.
